Meditation
Meditation is a mind-quieting session that can be done alone or in a group. I lead you by giving you specific instructions on relaxing your mind and body. We also practice deep breathing together, which gets oxygen to our muscles and organs allowing our bodies to function better. Meditation not only helps you during the guided sessions that I lead, but gives you a relaxation tool to use when you experience stressful situations between sessions. Group Meditation sessions are done by request on a free-will donation basis. Group meditation sessions can be done on-site at your office. Suggested donation for a 30-minute on-site session is $30.
