Seated massage can be given in a variety of settings from an office to a health fair to a girls-night-out party. A seated massage session can be as little as five minutes or as long as thirty minutes. I bring a special cushioned chair, soft music, and cleaning supplies – all you have to do is provide a space and relax! A typical session is fifteen minutes, and I massage your back, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms and hands. If you prefer, all of the time can be spent on a specific area. A fifteen-minute session is $18.
